HALL, Blanche Blanche Garner Hall, age 84 of Snellville, GA passed away April 29, 2014. She was preceded in death by husband, James O. "Jim" Hall and is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Linda Garner of Greenville, SC; nieces, Toni Moore and her husband, Carter of Indian Trail, NC, Shelli Keagle and her husband, Jon of Atlanta, GA; grand nephews, Drew Moore, Chase Moore, Matthew Keagle, William Keagle; numerous cousins, other relatives and her special neighbors, who were like grandchildren, Nicole and Andrew also Al, Abigail and Logan. Mrs. Hall attended Furman University and moved to Atlanta to work for National Service Industries where she became a Manager of the Benefits Department. Blanche worked for 25 years in a Senior Management position until retirement. She was an active member of Snellville First Baptist Church. After the passing of her husband Blanche worked for 10 years for Tom M. Wages Funeral Service and retired a second time to enjoy her affiliation with the Order of Eastern Star, where she held many prominent positions including Past Matron of the Snellville Chapter 513 OES and Grand Representative to Saskatchewan Canada. Blanche loved traveling and was very civic minded. She offered her services for many years as a poll worker. She loved sports and was a stanch Furman University supporter, Braves and Falcons fan. A Funeral Service Honoring the Life of Blanche Hall will be held Saturday, May 3 at 1:00pm at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Rev. Guy Priester officiating. Entombment will be held at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00am until 1:00pm, at the funeral home.
