March 29, 2006 June 12, 2006 Our Baby Angel Blake Lee Stafford was born March 29, 2006, and passed away June 12, 2006. He was the son of Juanita J. Montgomery and Shawn M. Stafford of Springfield. Blake was a loving son, grandson, nephew and brother. He is survived by his parents his brother, Shane, and sisters, Sierra and Lanee maternal grandparents, Denise and Dave Montgomery paternal grandparents, Mike and Nan Stafford and aunts and uncles, Davy, J.R., Amanda, and Tasha. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 16, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. today, June 15, in the funeral home.
