Billie Jean Clark, 71, of Orange, N.J., passed away on Sept. 17, 2013. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 330 Orange Rd., Montclair. Wife of the late Rodney Clark, Billie is survived by two sons, one daughter, two daughters-in-law, five sisters, three brothers, three grandchildren, and a host of family and friends to cherish her memory.
