Beverly Jean Carr was born on Jan. 11, 1931, in Penn Yan, N.Y., to Richard Millis and Claudine Dencenburg. She joined her Lord on Sept. 17, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., following a stroke on the 4th. Beverely retired from Civil Service at Eglin Air Force Base in 1991 and enjoyed traveling, square dancing, get-togethers and too many friends to count. Most recently she attended Niceville United Methodist Church, Sunday morning Bible studies and services after. She also enjoyed square dancing and playing cards at the church. She is survived by her daughter, Vicky J. Caldwell; two sons, Craig D. and Randy S. Caldwell; six grandchildren, Damian, Jeremy, Lindsay, and Melissa Caldwell, Vanessa Pavacic and Jessica Dunnington; five great-grandchildren; and her sister, Marion Curle.She was the cornerstone of the family and a loyal, loving friend and neighbor who is already missed greatly.Memorial will be held at the Niceville United Methodist Church (Niceville UMC), 214 Partin Dr, Niceville, FL, in the Marler Chapel on Monday, Oct. 1, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.Her final resting place will be in Lake View Cemetery, Penn Yan, N.Y.Expressions of sympathy may be viewed or submitted online at www.Twincitiescremationsfunerals.com.
