Miller St., Newark, NY 14513.Bev was an accomplished artist and draftsman. She was a retiree of Palmyra-Macedon School District where she taught art for many years. Bev had an appreciation for the outdoors and loved the north country where she enjoyed country walks, nature and fishing. She was a member of VFW Post 6912 Auxiliary in Lowville.Bev is survived by her husband Bruce Carter; daughter Honor (Ray) Sittig; sons Mark (Nancy), Jace (Tina) and Jedd ( Kim) Hetherley; sister Lois (John) Briggs; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
