Beulah Mae Johnson JACKSONVILLE, FL - Beulah Mae Johnson, age 79, died at her home in Jacksonville , Florida on Sunday, June 10, 2007, following a courageous battle with emphysema and cancer. She was surrounded by immediate family members during her last hours of life. She was born November 12, 1927, in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Cora Lee Jones and Emanuel Farrell. She was a faithful and longtime member of the Liberty City Church of Christ, Savannah , Georgia . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Walter Humphrey and Larry Frost Johnson. She leaves to morn her passing and celebrate her life, a daughter and her husband Tonia and Cornelious Kerr of Jacksonville, Fl; her son and his wife, Kelvin and Kathy Johnson of San Antonio, Tx; three grandchildren, Sherika (Anthony) Williams of Savannah, Ga, Cleavester Brooks of Panorama, Ca and Kevin Royal of Camp Pendleton, Ca; five great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. She is further survived by a very special Aunt Mamie Williams, who was a cornerstone in her life. Funeral services for her will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 16, at C.L. Page Mortuary, 3031 Moncrief Road in Jacksonville, Florida. Minister Roosevelt Johnson, Sr., Liberty City Church of Christ, Savannah, Georgia, will officiate. Relatives and friends are welcome at C.L. Page Mortuary on Saturday, from 0900 a.m. until the hour of services. She will be laid to rest at Edgewood Cemetery and Mausoleums, 4519 Edgewood Drive , Jacksonville , Fl 32219.
