MOUNDVILLE Bettye Ruth Franks Spence, age 72, of Moundville, died July 13, 2010, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Moundville with Rev. David Bennett, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville with Williams Service Funeral Home directing. Public viewing will be today from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
