Betty Sue Brown LEXINGTON - Betty Sue Brown of Lexington passed away at her home on October 20, 2014 at the age of 79. Betty was born in Hamlet, NC on October 28, 1934 to the late Ora and Myrtle Smith. Betty retired from Allied Signal and Belk Dept. Store. Up until June of this year Betty took care of children at The Happy Camper Daycare. Betty was predeceased by her ten brother and sisters as well as her loving husband Shelton Brown of Lexington. Betty is survived by her four sons Michael Driggers of Lugoff, Donny Driggers and his wife Karen of West Columbia, Joe Driggers and his wife Janet of Harriman, TN, and James Driggers and his wife Kristin of Lexington. Betty is also lovingly remembered by her eight grandchildren Bethany, Joshua, Johnathan, Justin, Joe, James, Rachel and Reid. The family will receive friends at Riverbend Community Church at 1015 Corley Mill Rd. in Lexington at 3pm on Sunday, October 26th with a Memorial Service immediately following at 4pm.
