Obituary of Betty-Sue-Brittain Robinson


Betty Sue Brittain Robinson age 65 died September 12 2004 at her home. She was born and reared in Henderson County the daughter of the late Vester and Ruby Jones Brittain. She was married to Willard Robertson in 1955 and they made their home in Chicago until 1963 when she returned to Chester County. She was later married to Buford Robinson in 1965 and they made their home on the Gulf Coast. She returned to Chester County in 1983. She was Pentecostal in belief. She is survived by 2 sons Tony Robertson and wife Sandra of Reagan and Dewayne Robinson and wife Debbie of Lexington; a daughter Pamela Robertson of Henderson; 7 grandchildren Tracie Dustin and Eric Robertson Talia Hardee Dakota Strawn Jon and Hailey Williams; a great grandchild Katherine Floyd; 2 brothers Jimmy Brittain and Sammy Brittain both of Jackson; 3 sisters Melba Seaton of Henderson Irene Norwood of Memphis and Wanda Pickett of Henderson. She was preceded in death by her husband Buford Frank Robinson in 1983 and a brother Bud Brittain. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday from the Chapel of Casey Funeral Home with Bro. Cloyce Beecham and Bro. Bobby Beecham officiating. Burial will follow in Pentecostal Cemetery at Scotts Hill TN. The family will receive friends at Casey Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.
