She was 87.Born in Tabor City, N.C., on Jan. 28, 1916, she came here from California 54 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was Baptist.Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Kenneth Smith. She is survived by her son, Wagner Smith; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Heath Funeral Chapel.
