Mrs. Betty Sue McLemore Jackson, 64, of Rogersville, Ala., died Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at her residence. The funeral will Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007, at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel, Athens, Ala., with James Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Dement Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home.She was born Jan. 21, 1943, in Limestone County, Ala. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence T. McLemore.Survivors include son, Bill Jackson and wife, Tammy, of Rogersville, Ala.; grandson, Craig Jackson, of Rogersville, Ala.; mother, Levonia McLemore, of Rogersville, Ala.; brothers, Doug McLemore and wife, Judy, of Rogersville, Ala., Tommy McLemore and wife, Sherry, of Florence, Ala., Ed McLemore and wife, Jean, of Scottsboro, Ala.; aunt, Emma Jean McElyea, of Athens, Ala.; several nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be cousins.
