She was laid to rest in her native state of North Carolina.She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.She was a member of Myrtle Grove Methodist Church and was very active with the Pensacola Little Theater for many years. She was a board member for Hospice and retired from Monsanto after 37 years.She is survived by her sister, Jane Post; a son, Cooper Parker (Claudia); a daughter, Anna Bennett (Clark); 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; dear friend, Dot Agner; and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.The family requests that all friends join them for a memorial service in the Fellowship Hall at East Brent Baptist Church on Saturday, April 4th at 5:30 p.m.
