She was born in Espanola and married Robert Sallows in Sudbury in 1983. Betty had been a waitress and cashier at various local restaurants. She always enjoyed her work and socializing with friends. Betty was devoted to her loving family. Beloved wife of Robert Sallows. Loving mother of Marilyn Guay (Ken Luoma), Mark Richer (Carol Belanger), Rhonda “Tuddy“ (Chuck Desormeaux), Donna (Larry Ross) and son-in-law Douglas Guay. Devoted Nanny to Carilyn Guay (Scott Baldisera), Jamie-Lynn (Steven Huzij) and Kyle Guay. Special great grandmother of Lori-Lynn, Scott, and Emma-Lynn. Dear daughter of Harold Rogers, Mae Gauthier and step father Rene Gauthier all predeceased. Survived by siblings Geraldine, Vicky, Marlene, Darlene, and Terry; predeceased by Harold Jr., Jeanne and Joyce. Stepmother to Mark, Cathy, and John (Wendy) and step grandmother to their children. Loving and devoted best friend to Sheila Zettler and family. Sadly missed by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury.
