MILLER - Betty Pauline Age 91, of Alachua, FL, December 12, 2010, after an extended illness. Betty was a resident of West Palm Beach, FL since 1946, coming here from Buffalo, NY. She and her husband, Edward J. Miller, moved to Alachua in 2004. On November 30 of this year, Betty and Ed celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. Betty was a charter member of the Exchangettes of the South West Palm Beach Exchange Club, and along with her husband, was active in the exchange club, and traveled throughout the State of Florida. Known affectionately as "Miss Betty," she taught Sunday School for over 25 years in Buffalo and West Palm Beach. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Buffalo and a longtime member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of West Palm Beach. Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan E. McNeese, on December 5, 1980. She is survived by her husband, Edward J. Miller; her grandson Scott McNeese and her son-in-law George McNeese (wife Linda). Funeral Services and interment were held on Tuesday, December 14 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach.
