She leaves us with a legacy of a life well lived and blessed with the giving and receiving of great love. She devoted her life to caring for others. She would give you the shirt right off her back if you wanted it and anyone that came to her door was welcomed, fed, and offered help if needed. Her example of a strong faith and her trust in God will always be an inspiration. Her strength of character, generosity, honesty, courage, determination, work ethic, and her independent spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched and loved. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY on Thursday, October 28, 2010 from 6 PM to 8 PM.
