MONTGOMERY, Betty Ann, 53, of Perry, Fla., passed away May 12, 2007, in Perry. She was born January 26, 1954, in Tampa, to Jesse R. McGee Sr. and Ann Maxwell McGee. She came to Perry 14 years ago from Zephyrhills, Fla. Betty was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing cards, crabbing, bingo, and spoiling her grandkids. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Larry Montgomery of Perry, Fla.; three sons, Larry Eugene (Kera) Montgomery of Zephyrhills, Mark Allen (Amanda) Montgomery of Perry and Steven Montgomery of Perry; a daughter, Leeann (Victor) Gerlach of Perry; her parents, Jesse R. McGee Sr. and Ann Maxwell McGee; six grandchildren, Summer Montgomery, Shawna Montgomery, Alana Montgomery, Jessica Montgomery, Darren Underwood and Emma Montgomery; her father and mother-in-law, Artie and Lena Montgomery of Tennessee; three brothers, Owen McGee, Doug (Marsha) McGee and Sam (Vickie) McGee; five sisters, Gail (Dale) Rich, Melody (Eddie) Vinas, Judy (Keith) Tuttle, Bebe (Don) Norman, and Katie Faulk. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse "Jake" McGee Jr. and a sister, Debra Smith. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at the First Baptist Church in Zephyrhills with the Rev. Steve McAdams officiating. Interment will follow at Crystal Springs Cemetery. The family received friends Tuesday evening at Whitfield Funeral Home.
