CONNER, Betty Marie (42 year employee of Dupont, retired) - Peacefully with courage and dignity at the Kingston General Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family, on Saturday, August 19, 2006. Betty (nee Carter), in her 76th year, beloved wife and best friend of Bruce Conner, for 58 years. Loving mother of Linda Conner (Terry Alford), John Conner (Diane) and Gary Conner (Cindy), all of ' Kingston. Affectionately known as 'Grandma' to her grandchildren Kelly Ribbel (Sheldy), Bryan Conner and Jamie Conner. Also fondly remembered by her sister Joan Dawidowitz (Ed) and their family and brother-in-law Jim Conner (Trudy) and their family. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (1900 John Counter Blvd). In keeping with Betty's wishes, there will be no visitation and a private family service will be held in the chapel of the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Interment to follow at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.
