Betty Louise (Ruhl) Mitchell, 79, Venice, died Oct. 18, 2004. She was born Oct. 18, 1925, in Lock Haven, Pa., and came to Venice 19 years ago from Buffalo, N.Y. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Richard W.; a daughter, Linda M. Ranne, of Orchard Park, N.Y.; brothers Sterling Ruhl, Jerry Ruhl and Dale Ruhl, all of Buffalo; a sister, Judy Ruhl of Buffalo; three grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. Services will be later in Buffalo. Farley Funeral Home and Crematory, Venice Chapel, is in charge.
