Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at Collinsville Funeral Home-Sharpe Chapel for Mrs. Betty June Mattox Davis, 77, Gadsden, who died May 16, 2011. The Rev. Dwight Gary will officiate. Burial will be in Copeland's Bridge Cemetery. Collinsville Funeral Home directing.She is survived by her son, Stephen C. (Carol) Davis; daughters, Carol (Vince) Hill, Paula (Mike) Parton; grandchildren, Chris (Emily) Davis, Hannah Hill, Adam Parton and Clea Kate Parton; sister, Mary Ellen (Jimmy) Dixon; sister-in-law, Barbara Peikert; and a host of relatives and friends.Pallbearers will be Chris Davis, Adam Parton, Terry Gardner, Winford Tidmore, Thomas Payton and Mike Coker.The family will receive flowers, or donations may be given to the Copeland's Bridge cemetery fund.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon to 2 p.m. today.
