Athens - Betty Joyce Billups Smith, 68, of S. Finley St., Athens, died Tuesday, Jan. 04, 2005 at her residence. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Willis Chapel of Mack and Payne Funeral Home, Athens. Survivors include daughters, Linda Smith Jones and Tara Smith, both of Athens; sons, Bobby T. Smith and Dennis O. Smith, both of Athens; three brothers, Bobby Cleveland Billups, James Billups, and Verdell Billups; eight grandchildren; one great grandchildren.
