Betty Jane "BJ" Brown of Owego Betty Jane "BJ" Brown, 44 of Owego, NY passed away July 24, 2010 at home. She is survived by her two children Christine Fisher and Tom Fisher; a grandson, Zachary; two sisters and a brother; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, PA. Friends may call from 6-7 P.M. prior to the service.
