EVANS, Ga. - Ms. Betty C. Clark, age 70, of Evans entered into rest Thursday, March 3, 2005 at Doctors Hospital. A kind and loving mother, mother in law, and grandmother, she will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be 200 PM Sunday, March 6, 2005 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Brandon Lanier officiating. Pallbearers are Purvis Hewitt Jr., Darrell Hampton, Al Spires, Scott McIntosh, Chris Beard, Don Smith, and Dewey Goodwyn. Survivors are a daughter; Pamela Hewitt and her husband Purvis of Evans, two grandchildren; Ashley Newman and Purvis Hewitt III, one brother; Julian T. Buffington, Kenneth Buffington and other numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 4, 2005 at Elliott Sons Funeral, 2524 Lumpkin Road, from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM.
