The Service of Remembrance for Mrs. Betty Jean Brown, 64, of Lecanto, FL, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011, at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes with Pastor Donnie Seagle officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Lecanto, FL. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. She died June 11, 2011, in Inverness, FL. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her father, Emmit McCloud; mother, Bertie Langford; daughter, Debra; and sister, Patricia. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Bobby Brown of Lecanto, FL; four sons, David (Barbara), Mark, Jonathan (Kim) and Michael; four brothers, Jimmy, Eddie, Doug and Steve; four sisters, Margaret, Katherine, Arlene and Diane; sister-in-law, Donna K. White; and 3 grandchildren, Tyler, Brianne and Brooke.
