OWENS, Bessie Mae, of Tampa, died December 9, 2005. A retired educator for the school district of Hills- borough County (B.C. Graham Elementary School), she was a member of Hope of Shiloh Community Church. She is survived by her daughter, Marva Miller; grandchildren, Ahmad, Queshad and DeAnna; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Rutha Mae Holden, William Tucker and Maurice Tucker; four stepsiblings; and many other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 17, at Hope of Shiloh Community Church, 3910 E. Conover St. Visitation will begin 5 p.m. Friday, December 16, and the family will receive friends 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, (813) 253-3419.
