Bertha Lewis SALISBURY, NB - Bertha Lewis (Smith) of Salisbury passed away Saturday, September 2, 2006 at The Moncton Hospital at the age of 65. Born in River Glade, she was the daughter of the late William and Tina (Harrison) Smith. She will be sadly missed by children, Kimberly Spirritts (Rod) and Kevin Lewis both of Salisbury; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Tyler; sisters, Ella Smith of Salisbury, Dorothy Black of River Glade and Peechy Marr (Milton) of Cornhill; brothers, Oran of River Glade and Carl Smith of Moncton. She was predeceased by her husband, Clayton; a sister, Edna Stewart; brothers, Timothy, Lloyd, Seward, Everett, Bille and Lewis. Visiting hours were held on Sunday from 7 to 9 PM at Armstrong's Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac. The Funeral Service will held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday September 4, 2006 at 2:30 PM, with Rev. Geoff DeJong officiating. Interment will take place at the Glades Cemetery.
