Bertha Lee Age 87, of Elmira, NY, but resided at Elcor Health Services in Horseheads, NY, passed away on December 7, 2006 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. Bertha was born on March 4, 1919 in Tallassee, Alabama, daughter of the late Peter and Ellen Lampkin. Survivors include her son, Alb Garrett of Orlando, FL; sister, Ethel Phillips of Cleveland, OH; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bertha was predeceased by her daughters, Roberta Jones and Lessie B. Finley. It was Bertha's request that a private service would be held for her. Her interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family of Bertha would like to express the sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the Elcor Health Services.
