Bernice B. Horton, 92, of Russellville, Ala., died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, at Russellville Health Care.Mrs. Horton lived most of her life in Franklin County and was a member of Waco Baptist Church.The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2006, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Brother Larry Dover officiating. Burial will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. today at the funeral home.Survivors include daughter, Suzanne Smith and son-in-law, Sammy, of Russellville, Ala.; grandchildren, Craig Smith, Russellville, Ala., and Leigh Anne Cameron and husband, Robert, of Russellville, Ala.; great-grandchildren, Amber Cameron and Cody Cameron.Pallbearers will be Mike Hester, Chris Briles, Tim Blacklidge, Jeff Blacklidge, Wally Pickett and Hank Thompson.She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Horton; brothers, Gilbert Hester and Floyd Hester; sisters, Lillian Patton, Lee Bowen, Shellie Patton and Nan Durket.Special thanks to Mid-South Health Group, Aseracare Hospice and Russellville Health Care for the care they gave to their loved one.Pinkard Funeral Home, of Russellville, is directing.
