Bernard Carter August 16, 1928 - September 16, 2013 Bernard left us after a long life, well lived. Beloved brother of Betty McKinley; wonderful uncle to Michael McKinley and wife Nancy Bell, Kate McKinley, and grand niece Rose Bell-McKinley.
