Benjamin S. Davis Utica Benjamin S. Davis, 22, of Utica, passed away on Friday March 22, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Benjamin was born in Utica on July 8, 1990 the son of Cindy Lou (Parmeter) Davis and Wayne E. Davis. He was raised and educated in Utica and was currently attending BOCES. Benjamin enjoyed hanging out with his friends, playing Xbox, being outdoors and spending time with his family, especially his beloved niece, Bianca. He was of the Catholic faith. Benjamin is survived by his devoted mother, Cindy Lou Davis, of Utica; father, Wayne Davis, of Philadelphia, NY; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Daniel and Michelle Davis, of Utica and Eric Davis, of Yorkville; his niece, Bianca Davis; aunts and uncles, Jeanette Murphy and her fianc, Chris Fasone, of FL, Debbie Parker, of Rome, Agnes and Larry Mutchler, of Watertown, Charlie and Deanna Donlon, of Utica, Joey and Beverly Donlon, of Oneida and Mike Donlon, of Brookfield; best friends, Jamie, Brett, Herm, Damul and Jamie's grandmother, Elisa, as well as many cousins and his canine companion, Moose. He was predeceased by his aunt, Ellen Dano and cousin, Douglas Parker. Benjamin's funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica. A spring interment will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery in New Hartford. Calling hours for family and friends are Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 prior to the funeral service.
