WALKER Beatrice (nee Munro) Beatrice Walker born July 27, 1917 in Calgary, Alberta, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord November 14, 2009. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband, Edwin James (Ted) Walker, her father, David Alexander Munro and her mother, Emily Munro (nee Smylie). Beatrice is survived by sons: Dale (Samantha) of Fresno, California and Milt (Rita) of Abbotsford, BC. She is also survived by grandchildren: Jeffrey Walker (Sheryl) of Regina, Sask.; Eric Solland (Tina) of Westbank, BC; and Kari Gaites (Bernard) of Langley, B.C. and 4 great-grandchildren: Aiden, Madison, Sydney and Robyn. A private service will be held the timing of which is to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the British Columbia Yukon Arthritis Society, 895 W. 10th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Z 9Z9.
