Obituary of Beatrice Carter

Beatrice Carter, 73, Port Charlotte, died July 29, 2003. She was born Jan. 18, 1930, in Harrisburg, Pa., and came to Port Charlotte in 1987 from Milton, Del. She was a retired switchboard operator for Beebe Hospital in Lewes, Del. She was Catholic. Survivors include her husband, Dale; daughters Georginna Pendexter of Port Charlotte and Angela Sanderson of Port Charlotte; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. National Cremation Society, Port Charlotte chapter, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 22107 Elmira Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
