Barbara Joanne Merritt Wilson, 69, of 423 Old Cedar Rock Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley. Born in Old Fort, N.C., Mrs. Wilson was the daughter of Ann J. Helms, of Easley, and was retired from American Federal Bank in Greenville. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Greenville.Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Jerry Dean Wilson; and a son, Michael Wilson, both of the home; a daughter, Deborah Holland, and her husband, Michael, of Cumming, Ga.; and three grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Holland, Elizabeth Ashley Holland, and Michael Clayton Holland. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. The family is at the home. Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
