PATERSON, Barbara Florence James (nee Rankin). Quietly on June 30, 2004 in Toronto. Born in Vancouver in August, 1912. She lived for many years in Montreal and moved to Toronto in 1985. She led a full and active life and touched all those she knew with her energy and her warmth. She is survived by her daughters Judy Dawson and her husband Tom, Anne Ward and her husband David, and Stephanie Paterson, and eight grandchildren and fifteen wonderful great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Grace Church On-The-Hill, 300 Lonsdale Rd., Toronto, on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bloorview McMillan Foundation or Providence Health Centre.
