MITCHELL, Barbara Ann Barb passed away peacefully on November 18, 2005 surrounded by her family. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Tony; children, Terry (Kim) and Jamie (Lee-Ann) and grandchildren, Madison, Abigail, Joshua, Emma and Makayla. Barb graduated from the Royal Alexandra Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse. She was a well respected nursing leader, mentor and strong advocate for colleagues, patients and the public health system. Thank you to her countless friends for their love and support over the past few months. Also a heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers at Victoria Hospice for their compassionate care.
