STRAHL, Barbara Mae (nee Todd) Suddenly in St. Lucia on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 age 69 years. Beloved wife of the late Claus Strahl. Loving and devoted mother of Jamie (Josiane), Gregory (Karin) and Jennifer (David Surette). Cherished grandmother of James, Megan, Hannah Mae, Sadie and great-grandmother of Riley. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, her business associates, many friends and neighbours. Barbara was formerly President of Claus Strahl Insurance Broker Ltd. and a life member of The May Court Club of Ottawa. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St. Ottawa from 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday. A service to celebrate the life of Barbara will be held at Southminster United Church, 15 Aylmer Ave. (at Bank St.) Ottawa on Wednesday, March 26 2008 at 2:30 pm.
