Carter, Barbara L., age 58 of Sunrise, FL, passed away on December 15, 2005. Barbara was a past President of the Westernaires Square Dance Club and the Elkettes. She is a member of the Plantation Elks #2273. Barbara is survived by her husband, Gerald W., Sr., son, Gerald W., Jr., brother, Richard Gilbert, all of Sunrise, FL; sister, Sarah Columbi of Ormond Beach, FL; 6 nieces and 1 nephew.
