Barbara Carter, age 88, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Crestview. Services for Barbara will be on Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, at 10 a.m., at the Chapel of Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later date in Mt. Shasta Cemetery in Mt.
