Barbara Killebrew Brown Auburndale - Barbara Killebrew Brown, 86, died of heart failure on November 19, 2006. Mrs. Brown, a native of Vermont, came to Auburndale as a young child. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Auburndale. Husbands, Sam H. Killebrew Sr. and Lucien Brown preceded her in death. Sons, Burt Killebrew of Tallahassee and Sam H. Killebrew, Jr. of Winter Haven, sister, Betty Rose Crews of Auburndale and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, survive her. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday November 24th at Kersey Funeral Home in Auburndale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice of Auburndale.
