Barbara E. Brown, 80, of Webster, Fla., died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, at Sumterville. She was born Dec. 15, 1932, in New Castle, Ind. She is survived by her daughters, Gloria Pfeiffer of Webster, Cheryl (Tony) Steeter of Orlando and Marcia Brown of Port Charlotte; son, Michael (Shelley) Brown of Winter Springs.
