Barbara Dutcher Robinsonformerly of EndicottBarbara Dutcher Robinson, 67, passed away following a long extended illness on June 17, 2004, in Florida. She was born March 6, 1937 in Tioga County, N.Y., a daughter of the late Florence (Barr) and Fred Wiggins. Barbara was an avid golfer and was a member of the Harder Hall Golf Club since 1992, where she was ladies champion. Barbara was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Moose Lodge #4300, St. John's Methodist Church, all in Sebring, and a member of the Owego Moose Lodge #280. She also enjoyed bowling, although her greatest enjoyment was being with her family and friends. Barbara is survived by her husband, James Robinson, Sebring, Fla.; her loving children and grandchildren: daughter, Laurie Miller, and her son Neil Miller, both of Endicott; daughter, Deborah Dutcher and her son, Jacob Bovair, Endicott; son and daughter in law, Jeff and Linda Dutcher and their sons: Brandon and Christopher Dutcher of Newark Valley; sisters and brothers-in-law: Doris and Jim Everett, Pine City, N.Y.; Norma Page, Hampton, Ga., Shirley and Patrick Kilker, Windsor, N.Y.; brothers: Stanley Wiggins, Karnack, Tex., Robert and Marge Wiggins, Sebring, Fla.; special friends, Marilyn Proctor and Nancy Davis. She was predeceased by her daughter, Tonya Dutcher; two sisters: Betty Rice and Laurel Rudin; brother, Fred Malcolm Wiggins. She was a loving, caring person who will be missed here on earth. She will always be in our hearts, prayers and minds.A time of remembering the special gift Barbara was to all of us will be held on Wednesday, July 14th at 11 a.m. at the Nichols Cemetery, with Rev. Gary Doupe, pastor of the United Methodist Church, Chenango St., Binghamton, officiating. Cards and gifts of remembrances may be directed to her daughter, c/o Laurie Miller, 804 Broad St., Endicott, N.Y. 13760. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cooley Family of the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols.
