LAKE ALFRED -- Ms. Barbara Denise Davis of Lake Alfred died Saturday (Oct. 18, 2003) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center from injuries suffered in an auto accident. She was 44.Born Nov. 13, 1958, in Americus, Ga., she came here from Americus in 1963. She was a cashier for Dunkin Donuts. She attended First United Methodist Church of Lake Alfred.Ms. Davis is survived by her sons, Lawson Johnson, Lake Alfred, Bradley Johnson, Winter Haven; brothers, Louie Davis, Marjuaro, Marshall Island, Jimmie Davis Jr., Addison Davis, both of Lake Alfred; sisters, Thetis Cavender, Rincon, Ga.; and parents, Jimmie and Wynnelle Davis, both of Lake Alfred.Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Lake Alfred Chapel.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First United Methodist Church of Lake Alfred.
