MANCHESTER -- Barbara C. Morris, 91, of Manchester, died Dec. 26, 2008, at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born June 10, 1917, in Utica, N.Y., to Arthur D. and Isobel (MacGillivray) Cobb. She graduated from St. Lawrence College, Canton, N.Y., with a bachelor of science degree. She and her husband resided in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for 20 years, where they were on the board of directors at Saratoga Harness Track. She had been a homemaker and a world traveler. Her husband, Ernest B. Morris, died in 1991. IN HER LIFE: She is survived by her son, Christopher R. Middaugh, and his wife, Dyanne, of Seattle; a daughter, Nancy M. Wilson, of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Skye Middaugh, Torrie Malezi, Anne and Carson Wilson; two great-granddaughters, Gabby and Megan Malezi; a brother, Alan Cobb, of Bedford; and sisters, Peggy Woodruff of Newport News, Va., and Marion MacGillivray of Palo Alto, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews.
