Barbara Bruce Walker, of Palm Coast, was received by our Lord on Feb. 13, 2009. Brucie, as she was known, passed away at Halifax Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born in New Haven, CT and grew up in Short Hills, NJ where she met her husband of 47 years. They were wed in Christ Church in 1961 and resided in New Jersey until 1975 at which time they moved to Chicago, IL. From Chicago they resided in Richmond, VA until they retired and moved to Palm Coast. Barbara was an artist, floral designer and a certified master gardener. A devoted wife and mother of two children, she is survived by her husband, Bill; children, Raymond and Margaret; two grandchildren, Brian and Liam Costello. She was preceded in death by her sister, Anne Langford of Memphis, TN and is survived by her older sister, Becky Houston of Monroe Township, NJ; brother, Ted Cluett, of Arvada, CO.
