->BROWN, Barbara A.Age 57 of Elmira, NY. She was born January 16, 1954 in Elmira, daughter of the late George and Mary (Preston) Horsey, Jr. and passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Shirley Miller and Mary Ann Thomas. She is survived by her son Cedric Brown of Elmira; brother George (Pearl) Horsey III of Elmira; sister Vanessa Serrano of Auburn, NY along with a host of nieces and nephews. Barbara was a member of Monumental Baptist Church and a former employee of Kaufmann's Department Store. Family and friends are invited to visit Monumental Baptist Church, 310 E. Clinton St., Elmira on Thursday, October 20th from 11 am to 12 noon. Her funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Rev. James E. Jones will officiate. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
