BROWN, Barbara Iris Douglas Born 26 April 1918, Brentwood, England Died 25 September 2008, Brentwood Bay Born a Povey, Barbara was married for 30 years to Henry Frith, a radar research engineer who made significant contributions to Hitler's defeat in WW2. Following his early death she married Denis Brown, a widower and old friend, in 1972. They moved to Canada in 1978 and have been blessed by 36 years of happy life together. A devoted and supportive wife who made numerous friends, she will be greatly missed. We are here to learn the true meaning of love, and few have learned it better.
