Barbara Ann Owens, 45, died Jan. 27, 2006, in Stuart. She was born Dec. 25, 1960, in Fort Pierce. She was employed as a nurse's aide. She attended St. Lucie County schools and In dian River Community College. She was a member of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors included her son, Charles Owens Jr. of Fort Pierce; daughters, Crystal Owens of Fort Pierce, Jasmine Wiggins of Port St. Lucie; brothers, Henry Weathers and Micheal Weathers, both of Fort Pierce; sisters, Virginia Clark of Rockledge, Katherine Market and Evelyn Spurlock, both of Fort Pierce; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Brooks Weathers; mother, Ernestine Smith Weathers; husband, Charles Owens; brother, James Weathers; and sisters, Dorothy Weathers. SERVICES: Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. Feb. 3 and 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 4 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will at 11 a.m. Feb. 4, 2006, at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
