Ms. Barbara Ann Mitchell, 70, died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, in Overlook Medical Center, Summit, N.J., surrounded by her family and friends. Visitation is on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, N.J. On Tuesday, Nov. 19, family and friends are invited to meet in the funeral home at 8:15 a.m., where a funeral service will be held at 8:45 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass to be offered at St. Helen's R.C. Mitchell and the late Catherine M. Viotek Mitchell, Barbara Ann was born in Jersey City, N.J., and lived in Clark, N.J., since 1998. She attended the Arc of Union County programs and will be dearly missed by the residents and leaders of the Arc, as well as her many cousins.
