Barbara A. (Smith) Watts, age 71, entered into eternal life suddenly July 28, 2014. Barbara was born and raised in South Boston, lived in Weymouth for many years before moving to Abington 5 years ago. Her family was everything to her. She enjoyed crocheting, Elvis Presley and playing cards. Beloved wife of the late Paul M. Watts, she was the devoted mother of Susan Faiella and her husband Michael of Weymouth, Barbara Tilley and her husband Steven of Whitman and Paul M. Watts Jr. of Somerville; beloved sister of Ronald Smith of West Newbury, Sharon Osorio of Marshfield, Cindy Nalepa of Easton, and the late William Smith; sister-in-law of Fran Smith, Pauline Smith, Walter Nalepa, Eleanor Rogers, Kay Watts, Helen Watts and Barbara Watts; grandmother of Erin and Anne Tilley, and Caitlyn and Michael Faiella. She leaves behind devoted friends at Vinson Blanchard Gardens. Funeral was from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth Landing, Friday, Aug. 1, at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth, at 9:30 a.m. Visiting hours were Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
