CARTER, Barbara A., 59, of Tampa, died Saturday, June 12, 2010.She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She is survived by her husband, Woodrow Carter; sons, Woody Carter and Shawn Ferguson; stepdaughters, Denise Vazquez and Kelly Dekilder; stepson, Ricky Carter; and stepdaughter, Janice Adams; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grand-children. A service will take place at 11 am. Saturday at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
