Born in Lake City, SC she was the daughter of Uneda Godwin Lee and the late Robert Lewis Lee, Jr. Mrs. Moore was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Hickory Tavern, SC. She attended Winthrop College, graduated from Limestone College and was a post graduate at Clemson University. She retired from the US Department of Agriculture.Survivors include her husband of the home George Curtis Moore, daughter; Bonnie Fant Nations of Hickory Tavern, SC, stepson; George Curtis Moore, Jr. of Waterloo, SC, stepdaughter; Melanie Donna Moore of Travelers Rest, SC, Grandchildren; Charles Nations and his wife Jennifer of Hickory Tavern, SC and Phillip Nations of Hickory Tavern, SC, Great Grandchildren; Summer and Carson Nations and two sisters Elizabeth Lee and Teddy R. Lowe of College Station, TX. and Carolyn Lee and Dean Westmoreland of Grover, NC.Services will be 3PM October 20, 2012 at Rasor Chapel at the Martha Franks Retirement Center, in Laurens, SC the visitation will be 2-3PM prior to the service.
